Greg Mavroudis was born in the city of Athens, Greece and completed his education in Canadian universities (York and Brock University) specializing in International Marketing, Computer Science and Business Sociology. Based in Toronto and Silicon Valley area for 22years, he was involved in many start-ups and was responsible as a principal for the set up, marketing strategy and the financing through RTOs at TSE and NASQAC. During that period, he established and run innovative projects in Korea, Japan, Honk Kong ,Brazil, and a joint venture with the government of China, Ministry of Education. Greg is co-founder of Prana Thera project.

Dr. Pavlou was born in the city of Volos, Greece and completed his education in American universities specializing in Sports, Nutrition, Sports Management and Health related areas. He is working at the Hellenic Sports Research Institute, located at the Olympic Complex in Athens, and at times he held Academic appointments at the American Institutions of Unity College (1975-77), University of Maine at Orono (1976-78), Boston University Medical School (1981-83), and Harvard Medical School (1982-86). He was the cofounder and President of the College of Sports Sciences in Athens Greece (1990-2008), and the cofounder and first Provost & Dean of the Faculty of the HellenicAmerican University (2004-05), with headquarters in Manchester, NH USA, and campus in Athens, Greece.

Flora was born in Athens and studied piano, guitar and vocals from early childhood. She received praise in several Greek and European competitions as a singer. Studied music teaching in guitar and vocals at ''School of Art Studies'' at the University of Ioannina. She received her master in education in teaching music to people with special needs. She has made various appearances on television and discographies.  She taught Contemporary Song and guitar as a healing tool to offer music therapy, A composer of music who has appeared in various concerts throughout Greece.

Boban has been a master teacher training Yoga and Meditation for 10 years plus. Boban is a registered Yoga Siromani teacher and an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist with special skills and unique monk training in Kalari Chikilsa, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Massage Therapies and Ayuverda in India and Europe. He is also a master in Martial arts witha a black belt in Kung Fu and traditional martial arts of Kalaripayattu. As a member of our team, Boban will help you understand and feel ancient holistic techniques for your body and soul.

Sofia WA born at Ioannina. Studied flute, wooden winds, piano and vocals at the Music School of Ioannina and participated in music competitions as a singer and member of folk music choir. Inspired from great American vocalists, like Ella Fitzgerald a ton, she focused her studies in jazz and soul music. Appeared in several music scenes in Greece and England as a lead singer and flutist. Today, she cooperates with great musicians from all over Greece. Her angelic voice and natural techniques, will immerse you in Ancient Greek Melodies.

Anna has spent the last 16 years in the hospitality and catering business. As a manager for a large corporation, Gefsinous, coordinated the various needs for many locations that the company provided its services.

Petros Fousteris was born in Thessaloniki. He graduated from music school and then continued his studies in Archeology. Received a master in Art Conservation and worked at monasteries of Mount Athos. The last years he is exploring different spiritual practices and ways of living in connection with nature and the Self.

Sofia brings a multi dimensional set of experiences as a Chef for 25 years in 5 and 7 star hotels and Restaurants. Since 2004, Sofia has also been a Designer and Maker of clothing with emphasis on the Ancient Greek theme. In the last 6 years she gives lessons in Macrame and Weaving Loom. Since 2019, she has been giving Cooking lessons in elite property hotels and restaurants.

Apostolos has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an extensive background in Classical Medicine, Reflexology, Gua Sha suction cup method, Lymphatic Massage, Ancient Greek Anatripsis ( Malachy) and music. Apostolos , as part of our unique services, will perform the “ Ancient Greek Holistic Ceremony” and the “Gong Bath” experience.
